At Z Engravings, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are personalized with your own customizations.
However, if you received a different item than ordered, an item with a spelling error, or an item that was damaged in transit, please email us with the issue at zengravings@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement.
Any and all requests made to receive a replacement must be sent within 5 days of receiving the item.
Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please email us immediately for an order cancellation request. We cannot cancel your order, add or adjust items to your order once it has been made.
