The best way to place an order is to first select the desired item. If there are design, color, size, or any other attributes, then select those next. Once those are selected, enter in the custom text into the box that says “Add your personalization here”. If you need to see a proof, or any other special indications regarding your order, enter it in the special note box below. Then, proceed with finalizing the order with payment.

Absolutely! If it’s a small adjustment, for example you want to replace or remove some text, you can go ahead and place your order and indicate the changes in the “special note” box on the ordering screen. 


If you want a completely customized order, please email us directly at zengravings@gmail.com for a quote with a mockup of your custom design. Please note, all custom orders will require a longer processing time and will be made after approval of the proof and payment.

Yes, you may select your desired shipping method before checkout. If you need your item by a specific deadline, please indicate that on the “special note” box when ordering to ensure your item is made and shipped out in time for you to receive.

Yes, please indicate that you would like to see a proof in the “special note” box. Please note that requesting a proof will delay the processing time for your order.

Yes, we can update your shipping address provided it has not already been processed. Please email us with your request.

Order cancellations can be done within 24 hours after the order is placed. We cannot cancel your order, add or adjust items to your order once it has been made. Please email us immediately for an order cancellation request.

No, unfortunately we do not take returns as all our items are customized and cannot be reused once the customization is engraved on it.
